To be eligible for HUMM payment plan you must meet these requirements:

Australian Resident
Work 25 hours +
Have a pension card, DVA card or be self employed, (self employed – ABN number will be required)
Be at least 18years old
Be legally allowed to sign a binding agreement
Have a valid email address and mobile number
Have an Australian drivers licence, passport or Medicare card
